3.3 Document Provision

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

Our service packages are priced as follows (promotional pricing may apply):

• Essential Package: $299 (regularly $499)
• Professional Package: $599 (regularly $999)
• Premium Package: $999 (regularly $1,699)

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments through Stripe and Razorpay. All payments must be made in full before services commence.

4.3 State Fees

Our service fees do not include state filing fees, which are charged separately by Delaware or Wyoming state authorities. These fees are approximately:

• Delaware: $90 filing fee + $300 annual franchise tax
• Wyoming: $100 filing fee + $60 annual report fee

5. Service Delivery

5.1 Timeline

We strive to complete LLC formation within 48 hours of receiving all required documents and payment. However, actual processing times depend on state authorities and may vary.

5.2 No Guarantee

While we make every effort to ensure successful LLC formation, we cannot guarantee approval by state authorities. We are not responsible for delays or rejections caused by incomplete information, state processing times, or legal issues.

5.3 Banking Services

Our banking introduction service connects you with partner banks but does not guarantee account approval. Bank account approval is at the sole discretion of the banking institution.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the I Love LLC website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of I Love LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• I Love LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services
• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control
