1. Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee under the following conditions:
- Your LLC formation is rejected by the state due to our error or negligence
- We fail to submit your formation documents to the state within 7 business days of receiving all required information
- We provide incorrect or misleading information about our services
To claim your money-back guarantee, you must contact us within 30 days of payment with supporting documentation.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Before Document Submission
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if:
- You cancel within 24 hours of payment
- We have not yet submitted your formation documents to the state
- You have not received any deliverables (EIN, operating agreement, etc.)
Refund Amount: 100% of service fees paid (minus payment processing fees of approximately 3%)
2.2 After Document Submission
If we have already submitted your documents to the state, cancellation is not possible. However, you may be eligible for a partial refund:
- If documents have been submitted but not yet approved: 50% refund
- If LLC has been approved by the state: No refund available
Note: State filing fees paid to government authorities are non-refundable under any circumstances.
2.3 How to Cancel
To cancel your order:
- Email us at support@ilovellc.com with "Cancellation Request" in the subject line
- Include your order number and reason for cancellation
- We will respond within 24 hours to confirm your cancellation status
3. Refund Policy by Service Package
3.1 Essential Package
Refundable:
- Service fee (if cancelled within 24 hours)
Non-Refundable:
- State filing fees
- Registered agent fees (if service has commenced)
- EIN application (if already filed with IRS)
3.2 Professional Package
Refundable:
- Service fee (if cancelled within 24 hours)
- Banking introduction fee (if service not yet provided)
Non-Refundable:
- All items listed in Essential Package
- Tax consultation (if already conducted)
- Business credit profile setup (if already initiated)
3.3 Premium Package
Refundable:
- Service fee (if cancelled within 24 hours)
- Unused portion of ongoing services
Non-Refundable:
- All items listed in Professional Package
- US bank account setup fees (if bank application submitted)
- Business address service (if activated)
- Any services already rendered
4. Refund Processing
4.1 Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
- Refund approval: Within 3-5 business days of cancellation request
- Refund processing: Within 5-10 business days after approval
- Bank credit: Additional 3-5 business days depending on your bank
Total Timeline: Approximately 10-20 business days from cancellation request to bank credit
4.2 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:
- Stripe payments: Refunded to original card
- Razorpay payments: Refunded to original payment method
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Government Fees: State filing fees, annual report fees, and any other government charges
- Third-Party Costs: Banking fees, credit reporting fees, and other third-party service costs
- Completed Services: Any service that has been fully delivered (e.g., approved LLC, obtained EIN)
- Recurring Services: Registered agent services, compliance management (after service period begins)
- Promotional Items: Free consultations, ebooks, and other complimentary services
6. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Service delays caused by our team (not state processing times)
- Incomplete delivery of promised services
- Service quality issues substantiated with evidence
- Cancellation after partial service delivery
Partial refund amounts are determined on a case-by-case basis and are at our sole discretion.
7. Chargeback Policy
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact us to resolve any issues. Chargebacks can take 60-90 days to resolve and may result in:
- Immediate suspension of all services
- Forfeiture of any ongoing services or support
- Additional chargeback fees
- Legal action to recover costs
We are committed to working with you to find a fair solution. Please give us the opportunity to address your concerns before initiating a chargeback.
8. Subscription Services
For ongoing subscription services (registered agent, compliance management):
- Cancellation Notice: 30 days written notice required
- Prorated Refunds: Not available for subscription services
- Auto-Renewal: Services renew annually unless cancelled
- Cancellation Effect: Services continue until end of current billing period
9. Exceptions and Special Cases
